This is a time for connecting with friends and colleagues. 

Yes the rooms are private, but you are in a shared cabin with 1-3 other women. Have a look at the different cabins. Both Bodega Ridge & Bodega Cove are available for our retreat. If you know people who are attending and would like to be placed with them, just let us know and we will accommodate. Otherwise we will be trying to match people appropriately based on a few criteria (night owls or morning larks, food preferences, interests etc.)!

The resort is accessible by ferry or air via Galliano SeaAir seaplanes from Vancouver. Be sure to make a ferry reservation if you are coming from the mainland, no matter what day of the week or time of the year. There is no extra cost and it can save you hours of waiting at terminals and unnecessary transfers. Here is the ferry schedule. Galiano Island (Sturdies Bay ferry terminal) is easily accessible by ferry from Tsawwassen terminal on the mainland or from Swartz Bay terminal on Vancouver Island.

We are happy to offer a full refund up to 90 days before the event, minus 10% for administrative fees. Up to 30 days prior to the retreat, you are able to swap your registration for another female physician participant. If it is 30 days or less before the retreat, we can not offer any refunds or swaps.

Meals outside of conference time (breakfast and lunch on Friday, October 13th and dinner on October 15th). Additional accommodation if you wish to extend your time away. Alcoholic beverages are not included in the pricing.
